ACES (Aftermarket Catalog Exchange Standard) is the industry format for vehicle fitment data — it defines which tires and wheels fit which year/make/model/trim combinations. PIES (Product Information Exchange Standard) covers product data like dimensions, images, and descriptions. Both are maintained by the Auto Care Association. When your catalog is validated against ACES/PIES, you catch fitment errors before they cause wrong-fit orders. Most generic e-commerce agencies have never heard of these standards — we work with them every day.

What's the difference between MAP and MSRP?

MSRP (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price) is a suggested selling price — it's non-binding. MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) is the lowest price you're allowed to advertise publicly, as set by the manufacturer in their MAP policy. You can sell below MAP (in some cases), but you generally can't advertise below it. Violating MAP puts your brand relationship and co-op advertising at risk. We monitor your advertised prices across all your channels to keep you compliant.
